Ejected Player

A player hit a double but ran into the second baseman hard and was ejected from the game. I have 2 questions: first I score the player with a double but just hit other as out not sure if there is a different option. Second, how would I score it the next time he is up...that batting position is a automatic out. Jim

You ate correct to leave him in starting line up, just give him an out everytime his spot comes up if he is not allowed a sub.

Misc > skip batter > count as out= yes..
