Adjustable or toggleable animation speed

Post by kstrauser » Sat May 30, 2009 6:32 pm

Please add an option to shorten the length of time animations play for, or possibly to disable them altogether. They look very nice and it's good to have a visual indicator that your button press was notice and processed, but when I'm in a hurry it's frustrating to have to watch the animated baseball fly across the field. Thanks!

We will add this to our enhancement request list and prioritize it as each release comes out. Thank you.

Animated baseball? I've found that the animations (the only ones I can think of are Ball, Strike, and Foul Ball) never take as long to go across the screen as it does to get the ball back to the pitcher. Even if I get a little behind and add a couple pitches at once, I can hit the button for the next pitch before the animation is complete. I'm not sure how this would help...

Select "In Play", "Single", see the diagram of the field, touch where the ball went, and watch an animated baseball fly from home to that point.

Forgot about that. I guess it goes by so quickly I never paid it much attention...
