Ending games early

After a game has ended early, either due to time or mercy rule, I click Misc -> End Game. If the home team has won and they do not hit in their half of the inning the box score shows a 0 instead of a hyphen. If the visitor wins after the home team has batted the inning is recorded as the next inning instead of actually ending after the home team bats. Example: visitors up in 4th of a scheduled 6 inning game but time has expired. Home team bats and visitors still up, so the game is over, but as soon as you give the home team their 3rd out the program goes to the 5th inning. the game actually ended in the 4th but it shows that it was a 5 inning game.

Not as big problem, you can figure out what happened if you look into it. But just glancing through the games it looks like more of the game was played.
