Games not updating

Games not updating

Recently I got a used tablet and switched our team data to that tablet. The battery in the tablet died so I went back to my phone for the last two games. I switched the device on the admin site back to my phone username however when I export the 2 games I scored on my phone they are not showing in our cumlative stats on our team website.

Thoughts?

You would need to update the team website to pull the information from the new customer ID. See the following link from the iScore FAQ:
