Existing iScore account and website - New person in charge

First, I am very unfamiliar with iScore. I have always used Game Changer. So please be patient with me.

Our team has had someone keeping score using iScore. They paid for the add-on so we have a website. This person gave me their ID and password so that I could renew the add on. We want to be able to start a new season using this app and still be able to view the historical data.

I logged in on the website and renewed the add on. I also registered my name and email address. I then went to my iPhone and downloaded the app. When I launched the app I assumed (never a good thing to do) that when it gave me the option to register it would give me the opportunity to link this app to the existing account. Instead when I registered from the app I received a new ID number and it created a brand new website.

I am so confused. I just want to maintain the website we currently have (with the renewed subscription which I have already paid for) and be able to keep score from my phone.

Please help.
