Is it possible to share the same admin login on several devices? For example if a coach who normally keeps the score is not able to make a game another coach can have the ap on their phone and keep book that game

You can have multiple scorekeepers... you just have to use Data Sharing to transfer the games between accounts. See the following link for information on Data Sharing:
