Deleted team cannot be created

I deleted a team, including all players on the roster. When attempting to re-create the team, it will not allow me to add that team back. When I put the team name and manager in and hit save, it returns to the team manager and that team is not listed.

I had created the team and scored a scrimmage or two to get a feel for the application and was attempting to clear all data before the season begins.

Any thoughts?

Well, I answered my own question right after I posted. heh.

I had also deleted all leagues, and "All" was not active. After activating a newly created league, I can now add the team.
