Updating stats from new device?

Updating stats from new device?

I have a new device - iPad mini. I went online and registered it with my my.iscore account and it show the device there. However, when I try to update the games nothing comes up online. I've tried this several times; including following the directions given on the forum.

What I need to do is delete all the info (names/stats/teams) from my online account and update from the iPad iscore. How can I do this?

Each device gets assigned a unique customer ID. When you get a new device, it will have a new customer ID. Any time you do an Options -> Export from a device in iScore, the server will be updated with the data for that device.

If you want to transfer previously scored games from an old device to a new device, you can either transfer all the data in bulk by following the instructions here:

or you can transfer individual games using Data Sharing as described here:

When you are logging into the Admin Website, be sure to use the Customer ID of your new device (found on Options screen in iScore) when logging in to see the data for that new device.
