Roster

Post by Rosborn » Tue Jul 08, 2014 6:28 pm

I have my roster and two are pick up players and only played two games each....problem is they went 1for 2 and 2 for 3 .. I tried to move to inactive so they wouldn't show at top of averages since only two games, how can I show them in the team averages but I don't want them on top of team as batting average leaders, how can I show them on stat sheet but not as leaders when arranging by batting average?

If you include them on the team roster, then they will be in the team stats and included in team leaders. If you do not want them to show, you can remove them from the Team Roster and they will still be in the game stats, just not the team stats.

It seems if you have pick up players, you probably do not want them on the team roster as they would not really be part of the team.

I dropped the one girl from my roster the reviewed the team stats and it changed those stats from .360 to .357 so it appears it does affect the team stats by deleting a players from the roster ?..

Yes, team stats would be effected. Game stats would still include the player. But you are saying this was a pickup player and not someone who is on your team, so it makes sense to not include the player when evaluating your team's performance. If you want to include the player in the team's performance, then it would also make sense that if they are leading the team, that would be seen as well.
