Unable to download app

I'm interested in using this app, but I've been unable to download it.

If I try to download it through my phone, I get the message "This item isn't available in your country.", and there is no option to download it. I live in the U.S.

If I try to get it through my computer, it says "This app is incompatible with your device. Offers in-app purchases". There is a button to purchase it, but on the dialog that pops up, it says "No eligible devices for app install." I have a new LG G2.

Does anyone know the cause of these messages and how to get past them?

what market place do you use to down load apps.. it is available in google play and android marketplace

if you have a registered device .. it should work

I've been using Google Play. My impression was that android marketplace was no longer in use. In any case, I have not had problems like this with any other paid or free app.

Not sure what you mean by a registered device. Registered with who, the phone company? The phone was purchased through Verizon, and works fine in all other aspects. iScore is the only app I've had a problem with.

If you are using google play and able to download other apps it should work

I contacted Google. Apparently the version of the app that is available in the U.S. is not compatible with the latest version of android, so it will not allow me to download it to my new phone. They say that there is a version that is compatible, but it is not available in the U.S.

Does anyone have any more information about this?

Support will have to reply .. It sounds odd to me..

I am just a moderator / not w the company , but I have never heard of this before . And does not sound right. I know we have users around the globe but never heard of an international version being ahead of us operating system compatibility

Who told you it is not available in the US? Can you send us the contact information at Google that told you that? We do not restrict the newest version from being available in the US.

It does appear that the latest version of the app is unavailable. However, it does appear to be available for device running an older version the Android OS.

You would need to contact the developer for more information regarding why their app is not currently available in the US.

You could try the email link at the top. That person is almost certainly just repeating what her computer tells her, but it might be a place to start.

I'm getting the same message.

When I search on "iScore" in Google Play I am unable to find it. So I went to the iScore webpage on my phone's browser and clicked on the Google Play icon. It does open the Google Play app and iScore Baseball within it, however I get the message "This item isn't available in your country".

I'm doing this all on my phone: LG G2 running Android 4.4.2

Hoping someone can shed some light on this issue.

I have the same issue. I am in the USA and the the Google Play store says it is not available in my country. This happens on both my phone (Galaxy S3, Android 4.3) and tablet (Nexus 10, Android 4.4.2). So they are different operating systems. I emailed iScore support but haven't heard back yet.
