Hi,
I had to do a factory reset of my Kindle Fire HD. I backed up the data first, but now my iScore data is no longer there after Kindle re-downloaded the app.
Can you please tell me where the data is stored on a Kindle Fire HD? Perhaps I can recover the data from the backup I took before the factory reset.
Or, do you perhaps have any of the data? My account is 'jvctnt'.
Thank you in advance for your help!!
Regards,
Jon Van Camp

If you performed a backup, then you should be able to perform a restore and it should restore your data.
If you have ever done an Options -> Export from iScore, we would also have the data on our server. If you email your old and new customer ID (found on Options screen in iScore) to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look to see if you ever exported to our server.
