Our scorer uses iscore on her ipad, and can't be at every game, so another parent bought the iscore app for her ipad, what do we need to do or know to use the 2nd ipad on the first ipads account.

Each device gets its own unique account, but you can use Data Sharing to transfer games / teams scored on different devices between accounts. See the following link for more information:
