Reversing hone visitor teams

I'm in 4th inning and realize I have hone and visiting team backwards , I think there is a way to fix, hope I haven't gone to far to do that? Just started shai this year a little rusty,,.. Thanks

You can only switch home / visitor at the beginning of a game prior to scoring (or undo back to pre-game) when the Lineup screen comes up. Tap Options -> Swap Teams to switch home and visitor.
