entering opposing team 1/2 inning after game ends

We play in a mens softball league where we are sometimes unable to put in the opposing teams 1/2 inning because all of our players are in the field. When their 1/2 inning ends, we quickly do an "end inning" for them so we can enter our hitting stats while we bat. When the game is over, we'd like to take their scorebook and enter in the 1/2 innings we missed for them.
So my question is: how do we enter the opposing teams 1/2 innings after the game has ended?

You would have to rescore the entire game. Print out your play by play and/or scorebook along with their scorebook (just snap a picture of it) and rescore the game from this info. Should take 15-20 mins.
There is no way to go back and edit that info into the middle of a scored game.
Delete your partial game when you finish the complete one.

ugh. I used to be an assistant coach for a college baseball team, and they had great software. You could edit anything after a game was over without having to rescore. I'll need to find that software again. Hopefully you guys can make post game editing more useful than just changing a sub or turning a hit into an error. oh well.
