Questions regarding Scoreboards & Teams

I have searched the forums and have been unable to find the answer I am looking for. While I am sure it has been addressed, Please reply.

1.) I have scored a couple games, but on the map it does not show any games in our location or for our teams. Is there a setting that I missed?

2.) I created a scoreboard to use on our teams official website, but it is empty. There are no scored games and no scheduled games showing up on it. Is there a setting that I missed?

3.) I am trying to discover a team I found on the map to enter their roster into our device as we will play playing games against them. Unfortunately I have been unable to find them through IScore under "Discover". Is there a way to find their rosters? It is obvious that they are using the IScore system.

For #1 and #3, look at Settings on your admin page.

There is an option to show your games on the map.
There is also an option to make your team discoverable. Unfortunately this is turned off by default as it is a privacy concern. So, unless a team turns it on, it wont help you.

On your team website settings, did you enter Scoreboard ID (lower left of settings page?)
And does your scoreboard settings cover the dates of the games you want to display? And pulling from the correct device?

Questions #1 & #3 - Both setting are enabled for map viewing and discoverable.

Question #2 - I do not have a "Team" Website through IScore. We have a website hosted elsewhere that I was trying to embed the scoreboard into.

1. If you have location services enabled on your device (iOS devices), then the location of the scored game will automatically be set. If not, you can still set it on the Scorecasts tab of the Admin Webite.

2. Perhaps you do not have iScorecast enabled? The scoreboard only shows games created while iScorecast is enabled. You can force a game up to the iScorecast server by selecting it in Game Mnaager, then selecting iScorecast Synchronize.

3. You would need the scorekeeper's customer ID to be able to Discover the roster. If they give you their customer ID, then you can use the Discover functionality to import the roster.
