I have duplicate players showing up (2 of each player) on the team website and the admin website. I only have one league activated. I have tried to merge the duplicates but get an error message unable to merge because they are the same player.

To merge players, you would select the first copy of the player in the "left column" and the second copy in the "right column" and then merge. If you select the same one in both columns it will not merge them.
