trouble uploading player pictures

trouble uploading player pictures

I cant seem to find an option to upload player pics. I have the android app and dont see one there. On the team website, once logged in as the admin, I dont see any buttons next to the player profile cards. I have the setting enabled to show roster images. I could use some assistance.
