How do I change a single to a double or a double to a triple
How do I change a double to a triple for the previous batter after the next at bat has started. Editing the previous player's at bat only give a double as an option.

I dont think its possible in edit mode. Easiest way at the time would be undo.
After the fact, either rescore game, undo all the way back to that point and rescore forward or edit stats.
If there is some doubt on double plus error vs triple, better to score as triple initially.
