iScore ID - Can I change It?

We are trying to have an ID that parents can use to login to the score cast and watch our games. Is there a way to change it to make it easier to remember so parents don't always have to search their computers to get it?

You cannot change the internal device ID. However, if you have a team website (an add-on) you can use the website name in place of the user ID. For example, parents would go to http://www.iscorecast.com/teamsitename" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to access iscorecast games. Much easier to remember. (obviously substituting your actual team site name for teamsitename.)

Another shortcut if parents are watching live games, they can go to http://www.iscoretv.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and search for your team name. This link lists all games being currently broadcasted. Again, no need to remember a difficult ID.

The ID cannot be changed.

You can include it in the link though:

where x=customer ID
