Activate Player after starting game

Post by dingerkingh » Sun Apr 27, 2014 12:13 pm

Hi All:

I accidentally had a player that I had set to inactive when I started a new game. I realized this when she was not showing up in my roster when I tried to make a substitution.

Is there any way I can activate the player so she will show up in the game that is already scored so I can make the substitution? I moved the player to active - which fixes it for new games - but can't seem to find a way to add the player to the existing game. I don't really want to rescuer the game... Thanks!

You can use Misc -> Show Starting Lineup and add new players to the lineup at any time. Post game, you can sub the player in by following the instructions here:

Ok - great. I was missing the button that said "Add Player" as I was looking for the list of inactive players below the active players.

One thing I noticed is that the player did not show up in the "Add Player" screen because she wasn't assigned to the league. Does the player league assignment only affect who shows up in the add player screen. Meaning - I have players assigned to 2013 league - but they appear to be working correctly in the 2014 league as well - they just don't show up on the add player screen.

I hope that makes sense!

Yes, the Add Player screen filters by your currently selected Leagues in League Manager.
