Certain types of edits have ripple effects and can not be made. Changing a batter from safe to out or vice versa is one of those instances. (Can't have 4 outs in an inning for example.) You can manually override the stats or re-score the game but you can not make this type of edit after the game is over. There are many threads in the forum about why certain types of edits can not be made.
