Customer ID

Customer ID

I recently bought a new iPad Air. I downloaded the iScore App on to my new device, but the Customer ID that is assigned to my new device appears to be registered to someone else. When I tap "Register" from the Options Screen, it reads that the program is registered to that person. When I log in to http://www.iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and put in the assigned Customer I.D., I am taken to someone else's games. Please advise.

Email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and the version # you see on the title screen in iScore and we can take a look at your data.
