I am now entering my second season using iscore. The team is mostly the same as last year but have had some players leave and new ones join. How can I retain all of the stats (Even for the players that left) from last season and create a new roster for the new season. I was looking for a way to mark a player inactive or archive them so you can still see the stats, but to no avail. I would like the players that left to disappear from the roster? What is the best way to retain last years stats and only see this years team in the roster. thanks in advance for all of your help.

You actually can mark players on a roster as active / inactive. Select the player on the roster of a team, and there is an option to set them as Active or Inactive. By doing this, they will not be added to the Lineup of new games created for the team. They will still be on the roster so you can view stats for the player.

If you do not want last year's players on the roster at all, you can create a new team for this season, add the existing players to the team (as well as any new players), and you can view the cumulative stats (including the previous team) for a player by viewing their Player Card.

You can use leagues to separate last year's games (stats) from this year's. See the following link in the iScore documentation for more information:

Thank you for the reply. I like the inactive piece. One great enhancement would be to add a setting in the OPTIONS screen to display inactive players (Y/N). That way it would clean up the Roster for your current team and allow you to keep the whole team stats for multiple years. Thanks again for your help.
