Exported Games not Appearing

I am new so forgive me if the answer is obvious. I exported our most recent games from the IPAD but can not see them in IScoreCentral. I can see all of last year's game which I actually exported last year into MaxPreps and I still see the Red download arrows. I can not see the 6 games which I just exported about an hour ago. I checked "league" and the All button is on so I should be able to see all games I think.

It sounds like you probably have a new device / customer ID since last year. Check your Options -> Admin Website screen in iScore to see what it says your customer ID is, then log in with that customer ID and you should see your games.

I am trying to export from ipad to an android. I am choosing get over web. My score keeper has exported data to server but I am unable to receive data when I login with his id and password.

You need to use Data Sharing to transfer between accounts. Here is a link that describes Data Sharing:

I have tried this numerous times. Says login failed when I use remote device id and password.

First be sure you are running the newest version of iScore on your device by going to the App Store you purchased from and see if there are any updates available.

Once you have done that, and if the remote device has done an Options -> Export, then there must be a typo when entering the Customer ID / Password. If you want to email what you are using for customer ID / password to us at support@iscoresports.com, we can check what is going on.
