Merging Teams

Merging Teams

I created two teams when beginning IScore. One of my teams has one game of stats, and the other team has the rest of the season stats. I have tried to merge the team into one since they are the same. I get a message stating the merge cannot be completed since the team played against each other. When I got to look for the stated game in the game manager, it is not listed. Any ideas?

Try going to League Manager and make sure you have the ALL league turned on. Then go to Game Manager and see if the game exists, and you can delete it if needed (maybe you created a test game with the two teams playing each other?)

Yes, I created a test game with the two team playing each other. It is not listed in the game manager when I look for it with the ALL box checked. Still can't figure this one out.

Is it possible you deleted the game? Are you running the most recent version of iScore? In some older versions, a deleted game could prevent the merging on teams when a deleted game was present, but newer versions of iScore should fix that.

I bought and installed Iscore this Spring right before the season. Do I need to install an update on it? If so, how would I do that?

Log in to the App Store you purchased from on your device, and see if an update is available. If you continue to have troubles, if you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID (found on the Options screen) along with details on how we can see the issue to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data.
