In my league, I only need to keep score and stats of my team...not the opposite team, how do I do this? How do I skip the other team's plays and just add how many runs they scored each inning?

You can tap Misc -> End Inning to skip the other team's at bat (it will end the half inning), but you will not get pitching and fielding stats if you do this. You can use Misc -> Adjust Score to adjust the score for the opponent.
