Export Failed

I have tried numerous times today to export (new team setup) and I keep getting failed. I've tried two different Wifi internet systems and both do the same thing. It gets to about 97%, stops for a second then jumps to 100 and says failed. I've emailed support and the steps they told me didn't work. I have a device that's running Android 4.0.4. I can browse all other internet functions. I'm running out of ideas.

I actually got that message once today on my android while doing an import, but retried the import and it worked fine. I have also done a number of imports/exports on my ipad in the last hour with no problems.
I suppose they had you try restarting your device and/or disconnecting/reconnecting your internet connection?
Have you successfully exported before?

What type of Android device are you using? We see an upload failure from one customer ID repeatedly today (literally dozens of times). Does your customer ID (on Options screen) start with "7rrh" ? That is the only device out of thousands of exports today that has failures repeatedly in our log. Maybe there is something wrong with the hardware assuming that is yours? We do not know why a single device would fail repeatedly other than a poor internet connection or something wrong with the device itself.

OK, yes, it does appear to be network connectivity issues with the device itself. If you read the reviews on Amazon, several talk about the poor WiFi connectivity (nothing to do with iScore):

Unfortunately there is not much we are going to be able to do about that. Maybe the manufacturer will be updating their drivers soon, or maybe an update is already available? If you try and use it close to your Router, maybe it will maintain a connection long enough to do an Export.
