Made a mistake....

I wanted to import the stats I had in which I deleted a particular league from not knowing that I hadn't exported the whole fall season to the server and I lost the whole fall stats... is there a way to get it all back? should I restore my device from the previous backup?

If you are saying you did an Options -> Import and answered YES that you want to retrieve the data from the server, then your data has been overwritten by whatever the last exported data was just like the message says. If you have a backup of your device, then yes, you can try restoring that to get your data back.
