wrong name on admin website

Post by mkelly » Sun Mar 09, 2014 1:21 pm

I have a name under user that is just a bunch of letters and a number. It is not the username I signed up with.
I am able to sign in with the wrong username and the correct password.

I can't log in with the correct username and password I received from Iscore.

I want to use my user name, not the one I currently have.

Help is appreciated, Mike

I assume you are referring to the user name and password needed to log onto
The Admin Website At My.iscorecentral.com

The user name is a combination of letters and numbers and is device specific can be found on your device under Options > Admin Website . The password can be found there too. And reset there

Perhaps you are confused With registering your device to your email under options > register and then use that to log in. As an alias .

Thank you for responding.

I am very new to the IScore program. We are switching from the book. Are you saying that there is no way to change the user name? What is it used for?

The user name (customer ID) is automatically set on each device and identifies that device to the iScore servers. When you Export data, that customer ID is used to view the data on the Admin Website. If you use iScorecast to live score games on the internet, that is the ID you would give to people to watch your games.
