"Done" doesnt work

I have my teams set, I have my roster in place (with people batting) and I hit the "done" but it does not take me to score the game. I can usually hit my back arrow button on my phone about 5 times and I get to score the game. But what am I missing here?

You have to have at least one player set to batting = YES for BOTH teams, then the Done button will be enabled.

The done button is enabled because I have all batters set. But when I push done, it won't go anywhere

It sounds like you have Batting = YES set for one team but not for the other. You must have at least one batter set to Batting = YES on each team.
If that is not the case, do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID and which game it is to
support@iscoresports.com and we can take a look at your data to see what is going on.

We have not been able to reproduce the issue, but just as noted in our last response, if you have a case where this is occurring, and you have batters set for both teams, please export and email us the details including the exact type of device you are using, and we will try and reproduce the issue using your data.
