When adding a new device to make a new scoreboard, what customer ID and password is used? I tried to use the admin website password from my iPad but it said it could not be verified.

It is the admin website customer ID and password, but you may need to do an Options -> Export from the iPad first. We have had an issue with our hosting provider that we are still working on, but doing an Export should get you through that step.
