Live Viewing on iScorecast

I searched the forums & nothing seemed to address or answer my question.
(Maybe I just missed it....)

Used iScorecast to score a game & broadcast live.
Had several viewers join late, but they could not view "live"
Game was only viewable from the beginning, like a replay, regardless what setting
was used on the top right button.

Is there a certain link they need to follow??
Something I need to do in the way it's broadcast??
I had a strong cellular signal at the fields, so I don't think that is an issue.

Any help or direction is appreciated!!

The button on upper right should toggle between live and replay. I just
Tested and worked for me

While the game is going on, you can only view live. Once the game is complete, you get the Replay option.

I have a live game "in progress" top of 2nd, and when i hit the blue live/replay button , it toggles live/replay and it goes back to first batter of game and re plays till catches up with live.
