Score casting issue

Hi,

It seems to happen at the worst time. When score casting what comes up on the screens is the iScore logo and a request for a password.

Is there a solution rather than setting up a new game?

The Red Iscore logo box with request for customer ID will appear on a http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... st.html?g= web page if the URL you entered for a game is incomplete or wrong . My guess that is what you are describing and what is happening .


If that is the case, is not about starting a new game but how you provide the viewer the iscorecast URL link and how they enter it into their web browser. The solve is to Retry or Resend the game link not restart the game .

If you can describe with some more detail how you provide the viewer the iscorecast link, we can likely provide some further suggestions.

It can also happen if the iScorecast events do not make it to the server. In that case, use the iScorecast Synchronize option on the scoring device to resend all the events to the server.

Hi,

That seems correct.

The tournaments are over but I will try to find a game that it happened on and check the links.

I'm pretty sure I have a game on my iPhone that did not work. I will track it down.
