Pitcher stats combining with 2 pitchers in one game

Post by NewCoach » Sat Nov 16, 2013 3:48 pm

Pitcher #1 pitches two innings. The 3rd baseman comes in to pitch the remainder of the game. At the end of the game all of the pitches are listed under the second pitcher. How do I keep theses stats separate for each pitcher?

Sounds like you did not make the pitching substitution correctly ( not to worry as you can fix post game and learn how to correctly for future games) . You most likely changed the starting line up instead of making a substitution.

You should review the training documents and video on how to make in game substitutions.
Here is a link to specific help topic/video

.... In sum- all you do is tap the pitcher icon on the main scoring screen and then tap the sub player from the list of available players from the sub screen.. ( note the substitution screen is different than the starting line up screen)

( You can also use pitch by pitch editor to correct any missed substitutions for a previously scored game - more help on the editor steps can by found here

I didn't make it a substitution because it was simply a position change. Nobody left or returned to the game. I will watch the videos. Thanks.

IScore takes a score what you see approach. Tell iscore who is batting or fielding what position for any given play...and iScore captures the data. so for iScore A defensive player switch or an offense player switch is "a substitution".
