I had the wrong pitcher listed for the 1st three innings in a game we played last week. Is there anyway to go back and change it to the right pitcher so the stats will be right?

easy fix in pitch by pitch editor. Just go to starting lineup and change the starting pitcher. Then go to the inning where the new pitcher came in and add the substitution.
