Most of the time when we hear this, it means a user got a new device, and you will need to associate your new device with the Team Website. See the following link for how to do this:

The second most common is that you have created a new / different team, and the website is not associated with that team. You can change the team a website is associated with by following the instructions here:

If neither of those things help, then please email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your team website and the customer ID from your device as seen on the Options screen in iScore.
