Wanting to buy new team website but have new Apple ID

This is probably on here somewhere else and I just don't see it.

• Several years ago, I purchased iScore for use on an old iPod under an old Apple ID. I also purchased a couple of websites.

• Just under two years ago, I upgraded to a new iPhone. About the same time I purchased a new Mac laptop and set up a new Apple ID which applies to both the Mac and the iPhone. Somehow I got the app to transfer over. You guys were able to transfer my data/websites over to the new phone.

• Now, I'm attempting to purchase a NEW website for a different team, but I'm getting the message that the app was purchased under a different Apple ID and I need to purchase the app.

I don't mind purchasing the app again, along with the website, but I'm not sure if it will work. Will the iPhone allow two of the same app to reside on it? Will I lose the existing data in my old app? I've done an Export, so you've got it on your servers.

What's the best way to go about this?

Thanks in advance!

If you just purchase the team website through the Admin Website using a credit card or PayPal, then you don't have to go through Apple's checks of being sure that iScore was purchased with the same iTunes account. It sounds like you likely purchased iScore with one iTunes account and have since changed to using a different iTunes account. The app would still function fine, but "in app purchases" would be doing a verification that the iTunes account you are currently logged in with on your device is the same one that purchased iScore.

So the options are:

1. Purchase the team website from the Admin Website (no iTunes checking required)

2. Log into the iTunes account you originally purchased iScore with and then Apple will allow an in-app purchase

3. If you want to purchase iScore in your current iTunes account, that would work fine. Just do an Options -> Export prior to doing so, and after installing, if the data is not there, just do an Options -> Import to retrieve the exported data

Shout out to FTMsupport..
Once again fast response but more importantly continuing to demobstrate they value customer solutions and not just making another sale. They could have easily said download and pay again, but no.. Provided multiple solutions .

And also a welcome back to @Danger, I have not seen you on forum
Of late. But thrilled you are still an iScore user ..

Danger, one thing I will add... I suspect your original iPhone version was bought pre IPad.. If You decide to buy a new iScore app. You woukd want to be sure you buy the universal version of iScore. You then have it for iPhone AND iPad. (For technical Apple driven reasons, FTM could only grandfather original iPad versions not grandfather pre universal iPhone only apps to universal version )

Thank you so much! I knew there had to be a way and I didn't even think about the Admin. Bought and paid for!

I remember I had that same issue a year or so back when I got the pop-up asking if I wanted to write a review of the app. I wrote out this big giant review listing all the great features and when I clicked the Submit button, I got the "Sorry you don't really own this app so we're about to delete everything you just wrote" message. Although it may not have said exactly that.

OhioTex, good to see you! Yeah, I haven't had much time to cruise the forums lately and, to be honest, haven't had any issues that needed researching. The two older girls are now old enough to pitch in school ball, so I've added that in addition to all the travel ball ... heading into high school showcase play in a few weeks, even though they haven't thrown a pitch in high school yet (the 16 year olds can't touch them). And now I've got an 8 year old starting to pitch. Between all our lessons and work and playing ball and my bragging on them, not a lot of surfing the web time these days! Hope you're doing well and that your youngsters are knocking them dead out there, in either Ohio or Texas.
