I bought this app from the Amazon App Store for use on my Kindle Fire. It appears the Amazon App Store will not let me download this purchase to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S3). Is there any way to do this?

You will have to contact Amazon and ask them. We believe you should be able to install the Amazon App Store on any Android device and install the apps through their product.
