When I view stats there are duplications of each column. I have verified that only one of each is checked in the settings. Any help would be appreciated. Coaching staff does not like the table to be so big due to redundancy.

Can you try unchecking one of the columns that is duplicated, then view stats and see if it goes away. Then re-check the box and see if you get just one of that column?

That still doesn't work. Very frustrating. Is there a way to push an update to possibly help rectify this problem?

Unfortunately without us being able to reproduce the issue there is nothing we can update to fix it.

Is it just one column? All columns? Do you remember what steps you did to make it happen?

One thing we know would fix it would be to do an Options -> Export, then uninstall iScore, re-install it, and do an Options -> Import to retrieve the data back.

It is all columns that I select. In the settings there are a lot of duplications available to be selected. There have always been duplicates. If I uninstall wont I need to purchase iScore again?

No, you would not need to purchase again.

I did not see you describe what device you were using?
For iOS, App Store purchases, you can re download any purchased app using the original apple id used to purchase. I believe same for android marketplace

Also were do you see the duplications, on the hand held device or excel file or HTML email ?

see the duplicate columns in all forms of data and output formats.
issue is in all screens...game, team, and player manager.

my sense this is a kindle fire issue, b/c we have not seen it mentioned on other platforms.. Try the Re install as suggested by support and see if it solves the issue. If not, please post back more detail specs on you device model and operating system version, so support can try and recreate issue and potentially find a solve.

I have a really strong feeling that if I perform the uninstall option I am going to have to pay for the iScore app again to reinstall it. I would like to know if anyone has successfully done this on a Kindle Fire before I attempt it.
