I have never been able to use iScore on my Ipad.

I can never get it to work.

I have paid twice for the teams and cannot load them.

Can anyone walk me through so I can use this device?

When you say you have paid twice for the teams, are you referring to the MLB Rosters? Here is a link that specifically covers how to use the MLB Roster subscription:

I am not part of the company, (just an addicted volunteer) .. but generally have been able to help folks via this forum.. (telephone support is not something that is generally provided)

lets start with some basic questions...
1) What version IPAD ?

2) I assume you are able to launch iScore, what version does it say you have on the home screen ( eg v4.15)?

3) When you say you "paid twice", how did you purchase them? through the IPad by Options > Add On > Major League Daily Rosters , Line ups and Stats BUY . .. or online through the web page???

4) Have you been able to activate the purchase on your IPAD ? (your package is active when on your iPad, the Options > Add Ons > Buy Button changes from a buy button to a circular refresh arrow ( on the IPad Options -> Add Ons > Refresh Circle Arrow button)

.... if you have the Refresh Circle Arrow, it will say, either, New Data or Current above it. What does yours say?

-- If not "Current", Press the ReFresh Circle Arrow to retrieve the lastest data.

Once Current, go to League Manager and turn on the "ALL" league, (or the MLB leagues of your choice) ... You should now have teams in the TEAM MANAGER, and PLAYERS in the Player Manager.

I have an iPad 3

I cannot find where it says what version I have.

I bought the major league teams for 2013 and 2014. I bought then through iTunes.

I have not been able to active them because I cannot find out where to do it. One thing I do know is that I was charged for them.

I bought them through the add on button

The 2014 rosters are not available, but if you purchased the 2013 rosters through In App purchase, they are automatically activated on the device you purchased them on, and you can follow the instructions at the following link to use them:

You can also just go to Game Manager, select the Discover option, and if the MLB package is active on your device, there will be an MLB choice to discover the game from, and you can choose any game scheduled over the next 3 days.

I did not purposely buy the 2014 rosters. I did it by accident.

This whole experience has been a disaster.

I'm going back to pencil and paper scoring.

I'm not in the digital demographic !

Do you have iScore baseball app installed on your iPAD?
( if so the version number is right in the home screen, mid screen on right edge in white type, ex v#.##)

On your ipad, launch iscore baseball App, click on "options" button then "add Ons" button
Tell me , Do you see the "$19.95 buy" mlb subscription button or the " refresh arrow" button ? If refresh button ...press it


When you say you purchased through iTunes, did you do that on a different device ( not the ipad3) if so please explain how .. I am not even seeing how you could have bought 2014.. If you buy apps on computer and then sync it onto ipad3.

The normal and easy way to buy the MLB subscriptions is from iscore app > opening screen > options > add Ons > MLB buy ..
