Name spelled wrong

So i entered a players name wrong in the app. i changed it on app and exported and did not change on website. i know i can change in admin website and probably import but is that going to mess things up on app. Need some guidaince on best way to do this without messing things up. thanks

The name should be corrected after exporting from the app. Your website may be pulling from an old saved cache. Try deleting your history or reloading the page.

Where did you change it in the app? If in a game lineup, that wont automatically change the roster.

so here is what is going on the team got a new ipad this summer i transferred all data to that ipad...they have payed ten games and i thought it just needed exporting. when i exported it goes to admin site but the website i have set up for the team doesnt update i am hesistant on importing exporting unless i know exact what is going on can anyone help me here i even see my name and number corrections in iscore admin but when i go to website nothing updates and stats are not there or scores in the admin though do i need to import on that ipad after i export thanks

Web sites are tied to a device. If you got a new device that is why the website, which is tied to the old device, is not updating with the export. You need to get FTM to switch the website to the new device. But first you'll want to transfer all the old data to the new device or it will not be included with future exports. Does that make sense? I think there is something in the documentation about this but I'll have to look for it.

that makes sense and i believe i did put all the data on other device by copying data from one device to another. So is there a phone number or how do i contact them to switch devices

Send them an email at
support@iscoresports.com with the old and new device user id's and the URL of your website and they will be able to switch it for you.

This can actually done by the user on the admin websites. Under Account tab.
