"Discovering" gms from MN Hub adds unwanted plyrs to roster

For several weeks, I used iScore to successfully "discover" games for our high school team from the MN Hub. I scored the games with iScore and exported the game info back to the Hub. All went well.
However, beginning in mid-May, whenever I "discovered" a game, my high school team roster was increased by players rostered under the local VFW team. On the Hub, the high school team and the VFW team were identified by the same team name - St. Francis - and the same short team name - frncis. I thought the problem was that the Hub did not differentiate between the two teams when, in fact, they are not related and they play in separate leagues - MSHSL vs. VFW. I also know the problems did not occur until the VFW team was activated for the current season. I sent numerous emails to Sport Ngin about this.
The people at Sport Ngin maintain the problem lies with iScore. Here is the content of their last email to me: "So, rather than the presence of multiple teams on the Hub being the issue, the matter is actually being caused by the fact that the team first imported had been cached as a part of the iScore platform, and subsequent teams imported with the same name are syncing additional, unwanted player data back to our Sport Ngin servers."
Note - to me the problem stems from the fact that if two teams are NOT connected, they should have separate designations. These designations seem to assigned by the Hub to begin with. Most other high schools on the Hub's team list carry the "MSHSL" designation after the team name. Ours did not until very recently. Now the Hub team list shows our high school team 3 times! I don't know what else to do.

If you can do an Options -> Export from iScore and email us your customer ID and which team you are seeing duplicate players for, we can take a look at the data to see what is going on.

Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.
