New iPad, exports not showing up on recently renewed web sit

I think I am reporting this in the right place....
I got a new iPad to replace my 1st gen iPad this past winter. I chose to set up this iPad not as a "new" iPad, but with all settings, apps, etc., from my old iPad. I began using the iPad version of iScore within days of when the iPad 1st generation came out.
As part of the registration of my new iPad, I got a new iScore customer ID (38ED6B76D6). My customer ID under my old iPad, through which I purchased my team website (http://iscorebaseball.com/northwestislanders" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) a year ago, was 10551C1059. The subscription to that team website expired today, and I renewed it today through Safari on my new iPad. I went through the registration process to tie together both my new and old iPads; I was under the impression, bolstered by the fact that under Options>Register it shows both as registered devices that "own" the team website in question, that I could now export from my new iPad and that the team website would automatically be updated. That is not the case, apparently.
How do I make it so iScore on my new iPad (38ED6B76D6) is the primary version of the software used to update my team website?
Also, while I am at it, I would like to keep last year's leagues active on the website, but use this year's leagues as the defaults and only players who are currently rostered to appear when this year's leagues are selected, but for players from last year's teams to appear if 2012 season leagues are selected (I have made the 2012 players who have moved on "inactive" on our team roster, but have not deleted them). Is this possible? Or do I have to delete old/inactive players in order to make them "go away" on the team website?
