I think I am reporting this in the right place....
I got a new iPad to replace my 1st gen iPad this past winter. I chose to set up this iPad not as a "new" iPad, but with all settings, apps, etc., from my old iPad. I began using the iPad version of iScore within days of when the iPad 1st generation came out.
As part of the registration of my new iPad, I got a new iScore customer ID (38ED6B76D6). My customer ID under my old iPad, through which I purchased my team website (http://iscorebaseball.com/northwestislanders" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) a year ago, was 10551C1059. The subscription to that team website expired today, and I renewed it today through Safari on my new iPad. I went through the registration process to tie together both my new and old iPads; I was under the impression, bolstered by the fact that under Options>Register it shows both as registered devices that "own" the team website in question, that I could now export from my new iPad and that the team website would automatically be updated. That is not the case, apparently.
How do I make it so iScore on my new iPad (38ED6B76D6) is the primary version of the software used to update my team website?
Also, while I am at it, I would like to keep last year's leagues active on the website, but use this year's leagues as the defaults and only players who are currently rostered to appear when this year's leagues are selected, but for players from last year's teams to appear if 2012 season leagues are selected (I have made the 2012 players who have moved on "inactive" on our team roster, but have not deleted them). Is this possible? Or do I have to delete old/inactive players in order to make them "go away" on the team website?

To change the device associated with a team website, follow the instructions at the following link from our FAQ:
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... device.php
On the Team Website, you can set it up to only show the players that are members of the active league. The following link from our FAQ describes how to do this:

Re: New iPad, exports not showing up on recently renewed web sit
Thank you, FTM. My problem is, I allowed my 16-year-old son to use the old iPad, and he has squirreled it away somewhere and I can't find it. When I try to log in to the Admin site under the old iPad's customer ID, it won't let me in because I haven't recently exported from that iPad (not since last August; and I am afraid that, if I do export now, it will overwrite a whole HS season's worth of games I scored this spring on my new iPad). I don't plan to use that old iPad to score except in an emergency...and if I did I would simply datashare the games scored to the new one and upload from the new one.
So, I can't follow the instructions on the first link, at least until my son comes home and tells me where the old iPad is (I am not confident he will know; some of you may sympathize with my plight), and then only if you can tell me it won't affect games I've uploaded from my new device. Is there any other way to transfer export/uploading capability to my new iPad?
Thank you for the instructions on how to keep inactive players from showing on the website for this year - most of that is stuff I already do with leagues, so I expect I'll be able to make that work without too much trouble.

Found the old iPad, followed directions, figured it out - works just as I want it to. Thank you.
