I dont remember deleting a specific game yet ut is not there. When I go to maintainence the list games that it says can be recovered were deleted before the other game was even played. Is there anything I can do or anybody I can contact? This was my sons first game for school and he started on mound. Dont want to lose it.

The first step to do when trouble shooting.. check Leagues.

on your device, go to LEAGUE MANAGER and set ALL league to ON/ENABLED. This makes all games on your device visible. Then go to GAME MANAGER and see if you see your game now. Very common to unintentionally assign games to no or wrong league and then "mask" then out with league manager.

There is a double confirmation when deleting games on your handheld device .. to be safe and sure. We counsel everyone, after every scored game to OPTION > EXPORT, that updates the iScore server with a back up. just in case.

If you have Synchronization on or iscorecast enabled, there also a couple data shareing tricks we can try if the All LEAGUE trick does not work.. Respond backand support or a green moderator can help you with troubleshooting step two.

A couple things...I was having a hard time understanding exactly what you are seeing.

First thing to check for is League settings. Make sure the ALL league is checked, now check for your game.

Deleting really cant be done accidentally as it requires you to type in your confirmation.

Also, have you done an export since scoring? You want to make sure you export after every game.

I was sure I did export but do not see the game online either. Plus the data that is saying is recoverable is older. Was deeleted a while ago.
