Importing Games and Rosters from other products to iScore

Post by rockportjack » Sat Apr 27, 2013 9:36 am

I'm sold on iScore. I have also tried other apps and scored a few games with it. I want to import these games into iScore, or at least import the teams and rosters to iScore. I have used the iScore's Team Manager to search for new teams. This has jumped me to MaxPreps and then allowed me to import a team and its roster. Is something similar available to import from other apps  games already scored by me? Thanks :?:

We do not have anything to directly import teams from competitor products, but we do allow you to import stats from many of them. If the product has an export to CSV for the cumulative stats for your team (most do), you can import that into iScore by following the instructions here:

If you need help with your specific data, you can email us directly at support@iscoresports.com.

I did import stats using the CSV files as suggested. This import was to be the cumulative stats, but these stats do not seem to register in iScore, either in Player stats or Team stats, or in the stats section of the Games tab. Should I do something further to integrate these stats. Thanks,

Please look at the private messages we have sent to you by clicking the "New Messages" link right under the iScore Sports banner.

When you import a CSV through the Admin Website, the stats will be added to the cumulative stats for the players you map the data to.

If you email us directly at support@iscoresports.com, we can help you more with your specific questions as noted in the previous response. Just do an Options -> Export and include your customer ID in the email (found on Options screen).
