Cannot email player card

I have been using iscore to score my daughter's softball games for about 2 years. I always email her player card (stats, hit chart) to myself after every tournament. However, I have been unable to email her player card for the past few weeks. I can email the team stats ok but her player card always says unsuccessful: email could not be sent at this time. I have the latest version on my iPhone as well so that is not the issue. I have tried to go to website but there is no option to email her stats from there either. Please help1

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us the version number you see on your title screen in iScore, your customer ID, and what type of device you are using, and which player it is to support@iscoresports.com, we can try and reproduce the issue on a device here.
