Follow Team on Iscorecast Live

our parents love following the game on the live scorecast. how can i get them the link to follow without requiring a password? I'm usually hustling to get the roster information in right before the game and i have parents sending me texts for the password. is it possible to show the link on our website and just have them go there and not require a password for it? what is the easiest way to handle this so that parents always have access to live games but they aren't asking for password?

There is an option to email the game link. I send this out to everyone just before game start.

Here are the links that I send to all our followers. They require no password. Replace my Customer ID (D416765311) with your Customer ID from your options page.

For devices with small screens such as Smartphones, use this link:

Is there a way to change the Customer ID to a more user friendly name instead of random digits and letters?

There is no way to change the customer ID of a device.

If you happen to have the optional Team Website, you can pass the name of your team website to the URLs instead.
