I have a crazy amount of leagues in my iScore setup. Trying to clean up things from last year and have disabled several leagues in an attempt to remove the business. However, these leagues still appear in the filter pulldown on the teamwebsite stat's page. Is that by design?

You need to un-assign these leagues from your team. Export. Check website again.
