Multiple Pitchers w/ Holds

In the new update it allows you to record if a pitcher gets a hold, but how can I give multiple pitchers holds in the same game?
This is not a new feature in 4.0, it was there before.
However, you cannot currently assign multiple Holds or Holds to pitchers on losing team.
FTM has indicated that this is on their enhancement list.
